About the Role:

We’re hiring a Procurement Manager for Trims to lead sourcing and procurement of all trims and accessories required for production and sampling. The ideal candidate is well-versed with the trims market, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable trims suppliers
• Source trims as per design and production specs
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and payment terms
• Maintain trims inventory and procurement tracker
• Coordinate with production and sample teams for timely availability
• Ensure quality compliance of all trims before procurement
• Reduce procurement costs without compromising on quality

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in trims procurement or sourcing
• Strong vendor network across local and regional markets
• Attention to detail, negotiation skills, and time management
• Experience with Excel or procurement tools preferred
