Role Summary:

Manage product purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory planning to ensure a compelling and profitable merchandise mix.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best quality and pricing
• Plan merchandise assortments aligned with market trends and customer preferences
• Monitor stock levels and sales performance to optimize inventory and minimize markdowns
• Collaborate with marketing and store teams on new product launches and in-store promotions
• Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for future collections

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in fashion buying or merchandising
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
