Account Executive

This is a remote position.

As a senior new business Account Executive at Viso you will play a crucial role in driving the revenue growth and success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, ensuring the continuous expansion of our client base. You will report directly to the VP of Sales, who has had a successful record of scaling revenue functions across a number of businesses throughout his career. You are joining the founding team, so you will benefit from exposure to the senior leadership team, including the co-founders, as we grow Viso from seed round to $1B+.


In this role, you’ll:
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market and product offerings.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes that address client requirements and objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and progress with prospects.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage and document sales activities, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients, striving to close deals that are beneficial for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution and client onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge through training, professional development, and self-directed learning.

  • Have 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, selling primarily to upper mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
  • Have worked in a start-up / scale-up environment
  • Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology and process (or similar)
  • Proven track record of career progression, personal development, and achievement against revenue targets
  • Have excellent presence and proven track record of influencing and selling at all levels, from individual contributors to C-Suite
  • Possess strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting & pipeline management
  • SaaS-based sales experience


  • Technical background or education
  • Have received formal training or certifications in modern selling processes
  • Started your career in a graduate program or consultancy


This role will be fully remote, based within commuting distance of London. In the future we may introduce hybrid working as an option.
