What is the opportunity?:
Professional Services team is key to helping customers maximize the value of their investment in Omnissa Technology and achieve their business and IT goals.
As a Technical Consultant, you will provide technical leadership in clarifying customer expectations, defining requirements, implementing technology, verification, deployment, and operational enhancement.
Technical Consultants also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Managers, Product Management, and Global Support. Through this collaboration, you will contribute to a unified support approach that delivers consistent value and drives long-term customer success across the organization.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
[Mandatory]
5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant or equivalent role
Working knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions or Digital Workspace solutions such as Horizon, Workspace One, Citrix, and Microsoft (Intune)
Experience with major enterprise platforms such as vSphere, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure
Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills in working with enterprise customers
Ability to take initiative, identify challenges, and drive effective solutions
Effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Managers, Product Management, Global Support, and Customer Success
Excellent presentation, deliverable creation, and active listening skills
Experience in designing large-scale IT environments or mission-critical infrastructure
Native level Japanese
[Preferred]
Practical experience in designing and deploying Omnissa products at a system integrator
Practical experience in IT operations and management at an enterprise company
Experience with operating systems (Windows/Linux/Android/iOS), identity management, networking, security, and Zero Trust
Business level English
