What is the opportunity?:

You will join a team focused on the Digital Employee Experience Management (DEEM) agent part of the DEX solution, which collects real-time endpoint, application, and network data to optimise user experience and device performance. It helps IT teams monitor metrics such as application performance, network latency, and device health.

As a team member, you will contribute to the design, coding, and development of the DEEM agent. We are seeking an engineer with a strong background in enterprise software development in C++. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Windows Internals, C++ programming, and software architecture, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, reliable, and scalable software systems.:

Here is a breakdown of the skills we would look for:

8 to 12 years for Sr.MTS. Strong in Coding, problem-solving, DS/Algo

• Proficient in the coding of languages C++/C.

• Good understanding of Windows internals, C++ programming and software architecture.

• Good understanding of the development ecosystems on the Windows Platform.

• Proven ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance, and high-availability applications. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and continuous benchmarking

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including good debugging experience.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of resilient, high-performance, and scalable software solutions optimised for the Windows platform.

• Utilise and enhance your knowledge of the operating system and system software architecture.

• Drive engineering initiatives, integrating with multiple Omnissa products

• Debug complex problems and analyse stack traces from crash dumps.

• Collaborate with product management, cross-functional teams, and external groups to define and deliver required solutions.

• Implement and improve DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes.

• Take ownership of product architecture, design, product quality, user experience, and security.
