We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer and Analytics professional with strong expertise in creating complex, interactive, and visually compelling dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of data visualization best practices, an eye for design, and the ability to translate business needs into insightful analytical products on the Tableau platform

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports.
• Transform raw data into visually appealing and intuitive dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Apply data visualization best practices to ensure clarity, usability, and storytelling impact.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into structured reporting solutions.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, data refresh efficiency, and user experience.
• Develop and manage complex calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and custom visualizations.
• Advocate for data quality and consistency by documenting definitions, metadata, and data usage standards.
• Collaborate with data engineer to ensure data accuracy, quality, and availability.
• Perform data exploration, analysis, and validation before dashboard development.
• Create documentation including dashboard guides, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.
• Support end‑users with training, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau Desktop & Tableau Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Tableau calculations (including LOD Expressions)
  • Parameters, actions, filters, and advanced chart types
  • Data blending, joins, unions, and relationships

• Exceptional skills in data visualization principles, UI/UX for dashboards, and storytelling with data.
• Ability to handle large datasets and optimize dashboard performance.
• Advanced SQL skills: ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, relational databases, and BI architectures.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL processes.
