Job Role: AI Product Engineer, Go-to-Market

Who We Are

Omnissa is shaping the future of End User Computing. Our innovative solutions, including Workspace ONE and Horizon, empower organizations to deliver seamless, secure digital workspaces. We’re proud to serve a broad base of numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as leading government institutions and agencies, helping them power secure, scalable digital work environments.

As a recently independent company backed by KKR, we’re in high-growth mode—scaling rapidly and building for the future.

About This Role

We are seeking a trailblazing AI Product Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, India, to pioneer a new paradigm of product development within our Engineering team—a critical component of Omnissa’s Go-to-Market strategy.

In this unique role, you will act as a technical leader orchestrating a digital workforce. Partnering closely with our Product Management team, you will take defined business requirements and act as the "manager" of your own team of AI developers and architects (using cutting-edge tools like Salesforce Agentforce and Cursor.ai). You will direct your AI agents to autonomously break down, design, write, and deploy the code yourself.

In this hybrid role, you will work in-office 3 days a week, collaborating to drive the success of our Go-to-Market ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a key system that enhances our Go-to-Market motions while working at the absolute forefront of AI-assisted enterprise development.

What is the Opportunity?

As an AI Product Engineer for our Go-to-Market Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in executing the vision for our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support organizations. You will receive business logic and requirements from Product Management and serve as the technical subject matter expert who translates that vision into reality.

Instead of managing a traditional engineering pod, you will leverage an agentic AI framework to turn the product backlog into robust, user-focused solutions at unprecedented speeds. Bringing an engineering background and deep Salesforce.com expertise, you will lead your AI agents through solution design, code generation, and deployment.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Requirement Deconstruction: Partnering with Product Management to ingest defined business requirements, breaking them down into actionable technical specifications, system architecture, and solution designs.

  • Managing AI Agents (Agentic Development): Acting as the "engineering manager" for a suite of AI tools (like Cursor.ai and Salesforce Agentforce), delegating tasks to your digital team to rapidly generate, test, and deploy code.

  • AI-Driven Solutions: Directing the design, development, and deployment of features on the Salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) utilizing both traditional APEX/LWC and modern AI frameworks.

  • Technical Ownership: Owning the execution of the product backlog, reviewing and refining the output of your AI agents to ensure code quality, security, and system efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating effectively with Product Management, Go-to-Market, and Service teams to demonstrate AI-generated prototypes, iterate rapidly based on feedback, and ensure the technical solution aligns with business goals.

  • System & AI Optimization: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Customer Success systems, including the efficacy, accuracy, and efficiency of your deployed AI agents and automated workflows.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer, Technical Product Owner, or Solution Architect role, with a strong track record of delivering internal applications for Back Office or Front Office IT systems.

  • Experience developing and deploying Salesforce capabilities (APEX), with a strong desire to master—or existing experience in—Salesforce Agentforce.

  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, etc) and a deep understanding of how to prompt and orchestrate LLMs to solve complex architectural logic.

  • A strong engineering background paired with technical leadership sense; the ability to understand business requirements from PMs and articulate them into precise instructions for AI agents.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with Product Management and technical teams.

  • A curious, proactive, and "hacker" mindset, with the ability to independently leverage AI multipliers to scale your output and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid role in Bangalore, India with 3 days per week in-office.

Location: Bangalore, India

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
