We’re looking for a skilled Content Designer to help shape and deliver clear, user‑centered content across Omnissa’s product experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to create intuitive, consistent product content while supporting broader content strategy efforts. Your ability to craft effective UX writing, contribute to content frameworks, and apply user insights will help elevate our overall content quality and improve the end‑to‑end user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development
Create clear, concise, and user‑focused content for Omnissa’s digital products.
Apply content guidelines and UX writing best practices to ensure consistency and usability.
Contribute to content solutions that improve clarity, accessibility, and engagement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to deliver well‑informed content.
Represent content considerations in design reviews, planning sessions, and team discussions.
Help teams understand the value of content design and incorporate content earlier in the product lifecycle.
User Research & Insights
Partner with Research to gather and understand user insights through methods like usability testing and interviews.
Translate research findings into actionable content improvements that enhance the user experience.
Design Systems & Content Standards
Contribute to Omnissa’s content guidelines and patterns, ensuring content is consistent, scalable, and accessible.
Help maintain and evolve our content standards through documentation and cross‑team alignment.
Continuous Improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX writing and content design.
Share learnings with the team and help refine processes that improve workflow efficiency and content quality.
Experience
4–7 years as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or in a similar content role.
Portfolio demonstrating UX writing, problem‑solving, and collaboration across product teams.
Skills
Strong UX writing skills with the ability to structure content for clarity and usability.
Familiarity with user research methods and the ability to apply insights to content decisions.
Experience with design tools such as Figma and an understanding of accessibility standards.
