What is the opportunity?

As a Sr. Solution Architect you will be responsible for working alongside your sales representative for the assigned accounts and territories. Here is a breakdown:

  • Conduct Solution Workshops and Help build sales Pipeline
  • Interact with Customers and Partners on solution architecture and product capabilities
  • Involve in preparing and Responding to the Solution RFP Documents
  • Build and Maintain customer relationships across the organization ladder
  • Conduct Proof of Concept for End User Computing solutions offered by Omnissa
  • Maintain and Expand Annual Recurring Revenue from your assigned planning groups
  • Learn and Build expertise on Omnissa Products and Technologies


What will you bring to Omnissa? (List required / preferred skills)

  • A minimum of 10 Years of Technical Experience in a Customer Facing role
  • Working knowledge of various IT Technologies in the field of Infrastructure, Hypervisor, HCI, EUC OS Platforms, Networks and Security
  • Good Communication and Presentation skills
  • Team Player with a positive attitude towards helping in the favor of Omnissa Business Objectives
  • Existing experience in Pre-sales role in EUC Technologies will get advantage


Location: Bangalore, India
Location Type: Hybrid/Onsite
Travel Expectations: The job role would include up to 70% of travelling (Onsite) for the customers and partner meeting.

This position reports to India Head for EUC Solution Architects. The team consists of highly competent solution architects. Solution Architects team strives to build the deep understanding of our customer's business vision, technology, culture and process and are passionate about delivering a great customer experience by proposing right Omnissa solutions, driving innovation, and delivering successful techno-commercial proposals. Team is responsible to articulate value proposition and benefits of Omnissa product and services and influence customers to adopt the right solution at the right time.

The team culture is one based on building trust, on-going development through coaching, and giving back to the community through service learning. Solution Architects team is also customer's voice within Omnissa, ensuring that their solution needs are accurately communicated to Omnissa leadership, product, and engineering teams.
