Campaign Operations Manager, Systems and AI
Software Engineering, Operations, Data Science
What is the opportunity?
As a Campaign Operations Manager for Systems and AI, you'll support our core marketing platforms, the Eloqua/Salesforce architecture, integrations, data health, and targeting infrastructure. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the Omnissa Global Marketing department and regularly interlock with our Revenue Operations, and IT teams. You will also identify, design, and build automated and agentic workflows that enable the team to operate safely and efficiently at scale. Here is a breakdown:
- Support the MarTech foundation: define system requirements for scalable, automated campaign execution; administer Eloqua platform health, compliance, and performance
- Own and monitor the Eloqua to Salesforce integration: sync errors, field mappings, campaign member flows, and lead routing integrity; support integrations with adjacent platforms (webinar/event management, enrichment)
- Own data & targeting: contact data health (deliverability, accuracy, completeness), deduplication and normalization rules, and enrichment strategy
- Maintain and enhance targeting logic for solution, vertical, and lifecycle campaigns
- Build and optimize lead scoring models and lead distribution/routing
- Set up and maintain campaign tracking infrastructure: UTM standards, attribution alignment, and performance dashboards
- Build the marketing AI data readiness layer: structured, monitored, reliable data that AI scoring, routing, and agentic workflows can safely act on
- Design and implement AI-driven operational workflows
- Document system architecture, data dictionaries, integration maps, and lifecycle definitions as the team's source of truth
What will you bring to Omnissa
- 5–7 years in marketing operations, MarTech, or data operations at B2B SaaS companies
- Required: deep hands-on Eloqua administration (program canvas, custom objects, data tools) and strong Salesforce fluency (data model, campaigns, reports/dashboards; flows a plus)
- Hands-on data quality experience: dedupe/normalization logic, enrichment vendors (ZoomInfo or similar), and database health management
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-augmented workflows — not just using AI tools ad hoc — with good judgment about where AI outputs need human verification
- Lead scoring and routing architecture experience; understanding of attribution and funnel measurement
- Systems-thinking and documentation discipline; you leave a map behind you
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in production marketing workflows — with specific examples of processes you've accelerated or automated
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize and manage competing requests
