Our mission is to give every company superhuman abilities to serve their customers.

The most important thing happening inside any B2C company (insurance, financial services, etc.) is the conversation between the business and the customer. Millions of them, every day. These calls contain more signal about what’s working, what’s broken, and what to do next than any dashboard, CRM, or data warehouse ever will. And yet companies rarely hear more than 1% of them.

Voiceops turns those conversations into the intelligence layer for B2C revenue. Our platform listens to millions of calls, learns what good looks like, and builds a living model of how a business actually sells to and serves its customers. As companies automate their revenue functions with AI agents, those agents will need context, taste, and institutional knowledge to do their jobs well. We’re building the brain they plug into, whether that’s inside our platform or through open integrations like MCP.

Eight people today, twenty by year’s end. Multi-billion dollar clients and a product that’s working. We’ve raised $12M in seed funding from top-tier investors. We’re hiring across technical and customer-facing roles.

Location

This role requires 5 days per week office attendance in our beautiful Union Square HQ which is located in New York City, NY.

Role Overview

Voiceops is looking for a highly energetic, community-driven marketer to become the voice of our company and build a strong network of forward-thinking operators and executives.

This is not a traditional marketing role: no cold outbound, no paid ads. Your focus is to show up for customers, embed in the right communities, and connect Voiceops with people already thinking about AI transformation. Voiceops already resonates deeply once discovered, this role ensures the right people discover us.

This is a high-impact role that reports directly to the Founder & CEO with broad ownership across community, content, and events. You don’t need to be an expert in everything on day one, but you should have exposure across multiple areas and a desire to build, experiment, and grow with the role.

Own Voice & Community Engagement

  • Build and engage a high-quality community of AI operators and future customers through organic presence, relationships, and referrals

  • Be the voice of Voiceops via content and conversations (primarily LinkedIn) that resonate with AI-forward leaders

  • bring the right people together

Modern SEO for AI Era

  • Help us turn under-the-radar brilliance into an industry buzz by ensuring Voiceops is found in modern discovery channels, including AI-driven search

  • Contribute to content and strategies that increase visibility with the right audience

Content, Materials & Sales Enablement

  • Create core marketing assets (case studies, decks, one-pagers) that support sales and tell our story clearly

  • Lead web design & landing pages to reflect an intelligent, credible, AI-forward brand

Professional Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years Enterprise SaaS Marketing focused on organic brand growth, AI community events, digital footprint, social media and more

  • 3+ years elevating brand recognition for technical SaaS tools that are flying under the radar and haven’t yet become a household name

  • Socially Driven. You’re energized by conversations, collaborations, and community interactions, especially when it comes to the AI stack

  • AI-Forward & Trend-Savvy. You stay ahead of the latest tools, trends, and opportunities to guide Voiceops to the front edge of transformation

  • 2+ years prior experience building brand recognition within non-traditional platforms like Chat GPT, Discord and other peer-to-peer discussion groups

  • Curiosity means you learn fast, ask great questions, and build strong instincts quickly. You can sit down with a customer’s VP of Sales in the morning and an implementation lead in the afternoon and both feel like you deeply understand what they care about. Off calls, you’re constantly asking how we can improve: what’s driving churn risk, where we can deliver more value, how we can make our customers more successful.

  • Speed means you bias toward action. You respond to customer emails and internal Slack messages in minutes, not hours. When you spot a risk or an opportunity, you act on it right away rather than letting it sit.

  • Ownership means you take full responsibility for outcomes. When a customer isn’t seeing value, you don’t wait for someone else to fix it. You figure out what’s going wrong and you drive the solution, even when there are dependencies that feel outside your control. The people who thrive here hold themselves to a higher standard than anyone else would hold them to.
