About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Sales to drive strategic and partnership sales as well as new client acquisition for Wibmo’s SaaS and platform offerings. This is a quota-bearing role that requires a mix of consultative selling to banks and large fintechs, hunting for new enterprise accounts, and expanding strategic partnerships across the payments ecosystem. You will be the primary commercial lead for assigned accounts and prospect segments, responsible for shaping solutions, closing enterprise deals, and growing long-term revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic/partnership sales: identify, develop and manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, PSPs, and other ecosystem players to drive joint go-to-market and revenue.
  • New business hunting: proactively build pipeline, source and close new enterprise and channel accounts across banks, large merchants, and fintechs.
  • SaaS & enterprise sales: sell platform/SaaS solutions and enterprise integrations, drive RFPs, commercial negotiations, contractual terms, pricing, and SOWs.
  • Consultative engagement with banks and large fintechs: diagnose business needs, design solution architectures, present business cases and ROI, and lead technical and commercial stakeholders through the sales cycle.
  • Account expansion: upsell and cross-sell additional products and services into existing accounts; develop account plans to maximize lifetime value.
  • Payment ecosystem expertise: stay current on payments regulations, rails, fraud and risk approaches, tokenization, authentication, and digital payment innovations; leverage this knowledge to position Wibmo’s solutions.
  • Cross-functional leadership: coordinate product, implementation, legal, and support teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales operations: maintain accurate CRM records, forecast deal pipelines, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Thought leadership and market development: represent Wibmo at industry events, contribute to partner strategy, and create go-to-market collateral.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in payments, fintech or digital banking sales, proven experience in enterprise/SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of hunting and closing new business (enterprise deals) as well as growing existing accounts, experience owning $1M+ targets and consistently meeting them.
  • Strong network and relationships with banks, payment processors, and fintechs in the region; established contacts within decision makers (payments, risk, digital, merchant acquiring).
  • Experience selling platform/SaaS/payments products (mobile payments, payment gateway, prepaid, tokenization, authentication, fraud/risk solutions).
  • Consultative selling skills: ability to craft solution value propositions, build business cases, and engage senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Comfortable negotiating commercial and contractual terms for enterprise deals; experience with RFPs, SLAs, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; disciplined account management and pipeline hygiene.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
