We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Machine Learning, be hands-on with Python, and be well-versed with core data science libraries. You'll be responsible for building predictive models, analyzing data at scale, and deriving actionable insights to drive business and product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
• Work extensively with data to perform exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Implement and experiment with ML algorithms using Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Optimize workflows for scalability, performance, and automation.
• Communicate insights and results effectively through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
• Strong coding skills in Python with deep familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Experience in working with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems with data-driven approaches.

• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
