Responsibilities

  • Build the long-term analytics roadmap aligned with business and product goals.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across all functions.
  • Establish analytics as a core business enabler, not just a reporting layer.
  • Own Snowflake-based cloud data warehouse architecture.
  • Drive transformation frameworks using DBT for modular, testable pipelines.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and scalable modelling practices.
  • Lead integration of AI copilots and semantic layers.
  • Enable natural-language-to-SQL reporting and automated insight generation.
  • Champion next-gen analytics experiences for business users.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage analysts, analytics engineers, and BI developers.
  • Build a culture of ownership, experimentation, and technical excellence.
  • Set best practices for analytics engineering and insight storytelling.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Translate business needs into scalable data products.
  • Influence product and platform design using data insights.
  • Hands-on ownership of Snowflake-based enterprise data architecture.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Analytics, BI, or Data roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling analytics functions.
  • Strong expertise in modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, BI tools).
  • Experience in analytics engineering and data modelling.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven analytics or semantic layer tools.
  • Ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
