Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the mobile engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for mobile app development.
• Provide hands-on guidance in Flutter, Dart, and native mobile development.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in testing, CI/CD, and mobile security.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging mobile technologies.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years in Mobile application development, with 5+ years of hands-on Flutter experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, managing and mentoring mobile engineers.
• Expertise in Flutter, Dart, IOS, and Android Development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Firebase, AWS, etc. ).
• Experience with UX/UI design principles and Agile methodologies.
