You Will Own (Across 3 Core Pillars):

You will be the custodian of financial accuracy, discipline, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage statutory & internal audits with complete audit preparedness
• GL management: accruals, provisioning, inter-company accounting
• Fixed Asset Register (FAR) ownership & monthly capitalization
• Lead physical verification of assets across locations
• Ensure clean, compliant, close-ready books every month
• Finance Transformation
  
  

You will drive the build-out of Finance systems, automation, and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Build automation workflows using Zoho Books, Zoho Flow & internal tools
• Work with product/tech teams to draft finance requirements
• Lead development, testing & UAT for finance modules
• Identify & fix revenue/expense leakages via stronger controls
• Improve efficiency, accuracy & speed across finance processes
• Taxation & Compliance
  
  

You will ensure Wiom stays 100% compliant across statutory areas.

• GST: returns, reconciliations, notices, input credit
• TDS: monthly filings, vendor validation, 26AS reconciliations
• Payroll compliances: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, challans & returns
• Work with consultants to ensure full & timely compliance
• Maintain complete documentation & audit trails
