About the role

As the Sr. Associate, Restaurant Go-Live, you are a critical team member involved in growing and launching our restaurants across the Tri-state area. With an ambitious strategy and active development pipeline, this person will be an integral member of the Launch Team. This cross-functional role will focus on the wind-down construction period and the Operations ramp-up period coalescing in a new store opening. You will coordinate and maintain the “Go-live” calendars, aligning operational services and installations and ensuring all systems are ready for launch.

In addition to the logistics and management, you will be expected to be onsite towards the end of construction through turnover to Ops. This is a physical role that may require long hours on your feet and a flexible attitude. You will act as the on-site liaison to the broader teams at-large and inform key stakeholders on any delays or changes to plan.

  • Manage Go-Live calendars and trackers
  • Coordinate deliveries and services for on-site installation
  • Manage opening order dashboard and procurement workstreams
  • Liaise with in-store Operations to ensure changes and expectations are captured
  • Work closely with design & construction teams to ensure proper turnover of space
  • Accurately and effectively capture log of field changes to ensure they are incorporated in future sites
  • Be onsite representative during end of construction period. This may include nights and weekends as required
  • Supervise installations, as required

The experience you have

  • Strong operations background
  • Familiarity with the restaurant & hospitality industry, preferably experience working in BOH operations
  • Project management experience handling multiple workstreams
  • Critical reasoning and strong execution skills
  • Nice to have, construction, development or opening experience
  • Computer and tech savvy, able to operate various software with low learning curve
  • Development or launched new products or processes through systematic rollout

Base Salary Range: $89,250 - $97,125
