About the role

We’re looking for an engineering leader to define and implement the tech platform that accelerates application engineers' productivity and operational excellence. As the Engineering Manager for Wonder's DevOps team, you will design and implement tooling and automation that supports every area of our business, from the production of tens of thousands of meals daily, through to delivery to our customers. Ensuring correctness and operational excellence while taking calculated risks is the tightrope we need you to walk to ensure Wonder continues providing top-quality meals, while constantly iterating and improving your systems. You will be a manager and mentor to your team, as well as an advisor to your peers, leading by example in system design, operations, implementation, code quality, testing and deployment. Every organization in Wonder pushes the boundaries of what's possible, and our culture encourages continuous innovation and experimentation. Tech not only follows this, but enables the rest of the organization to do the same. We're excited for you to bring your knowledge and experience to this culture, and influence it for the better!
