About the role
The L&D Program Manager is responsible for training programs at our production and distribution facilities, with emphasis on safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure new hires and current employees develop the knowledge and skills to achieve operational success, including effective onboarding and ongoing training.
Partner with leaders in production and distribution to identify training needs and create strategic learning plans for teams.
Provide Managers at production and distribution facilities with the tools and resources needed to successfully implement training programs, as designed.
Lead, create, and manage training schedules and training materials, in partnership with peers on the L&D team.
Create and maintain performance-focused training content that engages learners, ensuring content is ready for localization and translation, as needed.
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure training alignment with organizational goals.
Manage your projects amidst ambiguity, competing priorities, challenging deadlines, and constant evolution.
Raise the bar for learning and training excellence at our production and distribution facilities.
Stand up and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) pages and learning paths to support the production and distribution teams.
The experience you have
Proven track record of developing and executing training programs at distribution facilities
Knowledge of training tools and how to support start-up growth
Previous experience working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Proficiency with a variety of web-development/eLearning authoring tools
Strong communication, writing, and engagement skills
Analytical thinker with an ability to improve processes by implementing technology
Experience in training and development at a startup or high-speed growth company
Occasional local travel to production sites.
Base Salary:
$122,000
