About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Product to lead the entire GH product portfolio. This leader will own product strategy, roadmap, design, and execution for the consumer marketplace, the merchant platform, the logistics and fulfillment experience, the advertising and monetization engine, and the B2B/institutional business, driving them as an integrated system where each side compounds value for the others. You will work backwards from customer problems across every constituency, make crisp trade-offs in a resource-constrained environment, and build the mechanisms to deliver results at speed and at scale.
The right candidate sees a marketplace not as an app with two user types, but as an interconnected economic system where a decision about merchant tools changes driver utilization, which changes delivery speed, which changes consumer conversion, which changes the value proposition to the next merchant.
Why This Role
This is not a single-product-line job. It is a portfolio leadership role at the intersection of consumer, merchant, logistics, B2B, and advertising in a marketplace that touches millions of daily transactions. We are looking for a builder who earns trust through results, dives deep when the data demands it, and has the backbone to make hard trade-offs.
The Impact You Will Make
Set the product vision and portfolio strategy. Define and drive a unified product vision that connects all four sides of the marketplace into a coherent system. Make sequencing decisions across the portfolio of what we invest in, what we defer, and what we deprioritize. Translate the vision into a working-backwards roadmap with measurable outcomes at each stage.
Drive P&L through product. Own the connection between product decisions and business outcomes. Think in systems: a 1% improvement in consumer conversion changes merchant ROI, which changes sales win rates, which changes supply density, which changes delivery times, which changes consumer conversion again. Find and activate these compounding loops.
Build a world-class product organization. Hire, develop, and retain exceptional product leaders across every side of the marketplace. Establish operating mechanisms: working-backwards planning, OKR cascading, Big Rocks prioritization, weekly business reviews, and a culture where teams ship fast, measure rigorously, and learn publicly. Set the bar high and inspect what you expect.
Partner across the executive team. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CTO on technical strategy, with the CFO on unit economics and investment prioritization, with the CMO on growth and brand, with the head of sales on merchant acquisition and enterprise deals, and with Wonder leadership on cross-platform strategy.
What You Bring to the Table
15+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years portfolio leadership
Experience leading product for a multi-sided marketplace at scale not just the consumer side, but across supply, demand, logistics, and/or B2B simultaneously
Track record of owning a product portfolio with multiple distinct business lines, customer segments, and revenue models
Demonstrated P&L impact: revenue growth, margin expansion, or unit economic
improvement directly attributable to product decisions
Experience building and leading product organizations of 50+ across multiple pod structures with dedicated consumer, merchant, and platform teams
Experience making portfolio-level trade-offs across competing investment areas with limited resources
Experience building or scaling a merchant-funded advertising or retail media platform ($20M+ in revenue)
Experience with logistics, fulfillment, or driver/courier product in a marketplace context
Experience with AI/ML-powered consumer products in production: personalization, search ranking, recommendations, conversational interfaces, or dynamic pricing
Experience with institutional/B2B product in a consumer marketplace (campus,
corporate, enterprise, or channel partnerships)
Experience operating within a parent company or portfolio structure with shared
platforms and cross-brand product dependencies
Deep understanding of SEO, distribution strategy, and emerging AI search dynamics
MBA or advanced degree
