The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional individual who is looking for a challenge to build a global fintech firm from the ground up. The role will give you a ringside view of daily operations and associated challenges which come with building a high-growth company spanning 5 countries (and growing). The individual will work with the head of the COO office on business/company operations and product operations, working on strategic special projects and coordinating between multiple internal & external stakeholders.

We are seeking someone who is:

• A hustler operating with discipline (can get things done without breaking anything).

• Has worked with promoters/founders/key stakeholders (hypergrowth setup).

• More operative than disruptive.

• Results-driven and puts a price on their time.
