About the team you’ll join
The Grow domain sits within Xero’s Customer Platforms group and manages the Sales & Marketing Technology for Xero. Within Grow, our remit is focused on Customer Acquisition and Engagement. We work with stakeholders to enable new capabilities helping Xero scale and improve our external customers and internal users experience.
We work with systems like, Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Marketing Cloud, Qualtrics, CRM Analytics and other tools to better enable Xero to achieve their strategic objectives. We are New Zealand’s largest and most comprehensive Salesforce implementation working with a team of experienced and certified Salesforce professionals.
What you’ll do
• Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the Partner Sales Xero Business using Salesforce and other connected technologies
• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform within Xero.
• Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep
• Recommend new features and improvements to optimize and increase use of the platform
• Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business
• Adhere to and promote best practices, and design the guidelines for security procedures
What you’ll bring
• Around 2-5 years of experience as a funky, Engineer, or Consultant with Salesforce Sales Cloud, with relevant certifications. Experience Cloud familiarity is preferred but not required.
• You’ll be open minded and keen to learn. The Salesforce platform is massive and we’re happy to support you on your journey.
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools such as dataloader.io, dataloader or jitterbit.
• Understanding and comfort using Salesforce Flow and associated declarative programming concepts and toolsets.
• Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface.
• Strong understanding of excel data manipulation and transformation.
• Solid knowledge of data structures and relational databases.
• Any exposure to software engineering would also be great; if you’ve used tools such as Apex, JavaScript, Aura, or Lightning Web Components we would love to hear from you.
