We’re seeking a dynamic individual who can identify and engage with new customer partners and marketplaces, work directly with the leadership team, and help shape our overall go-to-market strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Effectively prospect using lead generation tools and techniques, including LinkedIn and other social channels.
  • Engage with opportunities and clearly communicate how our solution can support their business (using the MEDDIC framework).
  • Develop strategic plans to reach key prospects with a clear timeline for delivery.
  • Actively participate with marketing and sales leadership in target business and persona development.
  • Identify and implement new and innovative ways to engage prospects.
  • Continuously improve the SDR role and processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and provide customer and competitor feedback to internal teams to facilitate product improvement and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records with activity and opportunity statuses.
  • Attend demos and sales calls with the sales team.
  • Travel for meetings and events as required.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience as an SDR, sales representative, or similar role, preferably in the fintech/payment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
