What will I be doing?

  • Helping teams with necessary data updates neeed as per customer requests.
  • Working on Automation of Data Base related Tasks through different tools or Scheduled Jobs.
  • Follow all defined processes in the team when working on issues.
  • Influence the direction of the product by providing feedback about challenges customers have with using our product.
  • Work with support to help them solve customer issues they have with using Zenoti.
  • Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams.
  • Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically).

What skills do I need?

  • A bachelor’s or a 4-year degree in computer science, MIS, engineering or equivalent.
  • A willingness to solve problems for our customers.
  • 3-5 Years of experience on MS SQL Server with understanding of Data I/O, CRUD Operations.
  • Experience of data analysis, gap analysis, data mappings.
  • Experience of converting complex logics to queries, stored procedures.
  • Can document the processes that are implemented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment with a growth mindset.
  • A technology-centric background.
  • Previous advanced support experience with data-driven, web-based applications.
