Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate training programs, support trainers, and ensure that our training operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is vital in helping our employees and customers develop their skills and knowledge to enhance their job performance and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination: Plan, schedule, and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Ensure all logistical arrangements are made, including arranging equipment, and preparing materials.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, certifications, and evaluation feedback. Update employee training databases and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for training inquiries. Communicate training schedules, changes, and requirements to employees and trainers.

Support Trainers: Assist trainers with preparation of training materials, handouts, and presentation equipment. Provide on-site support during training sessions as needed.

Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Provide reports and recommendations for improvements.

System Management: Utilize and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage training registrations, track progress, and generate reports.

Compliance: Ensure that all training activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Special Projects: Assist with the development and implementation of new training initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience in a training coordinator or administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with training and development best practices.

May require working outside regular business hours to support training events
