What's the opportunity?
As an Operations Consultant, you are responsible for the coordination and execution of training for all process paths within the CX business group. You will evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness across all business verticals. You contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness. You drive results through effective communication and influence; you escalate when needed to achieve the desired outcomes.
The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills
- This position will support the CX Enablement team in building the best onboarding experience for new hires. The role requires one to be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization
- Be the first point of contact for new employees and hiring managers during process training
- Schedule and facilitate weekly sync meetings with the new hires
- Be the first point of contact for queries from new hires and hiring managers, delegates queries to other SMEs where appropriate
- Ensure the content remains relevant and in alignment with product releases and the constituent parts are accessible and localized on all training sites
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders in the CX Org to provide operational analysis and make recommendations to the business on process improvement areas
- Reviewing and revising existing content based on quality, technical correctness, and new hire performance data
- Develop reports and presentations for the periodic organizational updates such as monthly and quarterly business reviews that enable the business leaders to make informed decisions
- Apply design thinking and agile principles in designing and delivering best onboarding experience
- Analyze onboarding NPS & KPI scores and propose process improvements
Basic Qualification:
- Should have experience with learning modalities like virtual and blended learning
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Should have strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Should have experience creating effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Should have the ability to critically analyze assessments and learning content
- Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects.
Preferred Qualification:
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools
- Content development/Instructional design experience
- Proven record of managing projects in learning & development setup
- Ability to interpret large amounts of training performance data and build insights for leadership teams’ consumption
