About the Role

  • We are looking to hire a Talent Partner – Global Operations, a highly driven and people-centric professional who will support and scale global HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • This role will begin with a strong process focus on global onboarding and background verification, ensuring stability, consistency, and operational excellence at the entry point of the employee journey.
  • Over time, as processes mature and scale, the role will progressively expand to take on broader ownership across Talent Operations, including employee exits, changes, and other lifecycle events.
  • The role sits at the intersection of operations, employee experience, compliance, systems, and stakeholder management. While onboarding is a foundational pillar, the scope is intentionally broader, enabling growth into end-to-end Talent Ops ownership as the organization evolves.
  • You will act as a front-facing HR operations partner, ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and consistent experience for employees across regions.
  • This role also requires a systems- and AI-driven mindset, with strong comfort leveraging HR technology (HiBob), automation, and data insights to scale operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Global Talent Operations Ownership

  • Support HR operations across multiple geographies (India, US, UK, Costa Rica, Canada, Dubai, France, etc.)
  • Begin with primary ownership of global onboarding operations and gradually expand into additional Talent Ops areas such as exits, employee changes, and lifecycle governance
  • Act as a trusted operations partner to HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Compliance teams

Global Onboarding & Workforce Transitions

  • Own and execute end-to-end global onboarding operations, ensuring consistency and regional compliance
  • Lead pre-onboarding communication, documentation tracking, and system readiness
  • Serve as the single point of coordination for onboarding-related activities
  • Front-end in-person Day 1 onboarding sessions, setting expectations and reinforcing culture
  • Support onboarding across employee types (FTEs, contractors, non-employees, global workforce)

Background Verification (BGV) & Risk-Aware Adjudication

  • Manage the end-to-end Background Verification process
  • Review and adjudicate BGV discrepancies with sound judgment and compliance awareness
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and governance
  • Use BGV insights to inform broader hiring and onboarding improvements

Employee Experience & Feedback Analytics

  • Design, execute, and analyze employee experience surveys at:
    • Day 1
    • 30 / 60 / 90 days
  • Translate insights into actionable improvements across onboarding and adjacent Talent Ops processes
  • Partner with HR leadership to strengthen early lifecycle employee experience

Process Excellence, Systems & Automation

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks across Talent Operations processes
  • Contribute to process standardization, SOPs, checklists, and global playbooks
  • Leverage HRIS (HiBob) to:
  • Drive workflow automation
  • Track compliance and acknowledgements
  • Improve data accuracy and reporting
  • Support a systems- and AI-enabled Talent Ops model, using dashboards, insights, and automation to scale globally

Talent Ops Expansion & Cross-Functional Exposure

  • As onboarding operations stabilize, take increased ownership across broader HR Operations areas, including:
  • Employee lifecycle operations (hire-to-exit)
  • Employee exits and changes
  • HR systems and reporting
  • Payroll and benefits coordination
  • Policy governance and audits
  • Global compliance operations
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships to support role evolution and leadership readiness

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations, Global Operations, or Talent Operations
  • Strong hands-on exposure to onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience managing BGV processes and operational coordination
  • Exposure to multi-region or global HR operations is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred), including workflows and reporting

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Sound judgment in sensitive or compliance-driven scenarios
  • Comfortable with in-person interactions, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical, systems-oriented thinker with an interest in automation and AI
  • Willingness and capability to grow into broader Talent Ops responsibilities over time

Work Model

  • On-site role, requiring strong in-person collaboration and engagement

Why This Role Matters

This role plays a critical part in building scalable global HR operations, shaping employee experience, and strengthening operational governance. It is intentionally structured to start deep and scale wide—building mastery in onboarding first, and progressively expanding into broader Talent Operations ownership—making it ideal for someone seeking both immediate impact and long-term growth.
