North America Business offers end-to-end manufacturing execution—from production planning to quality assurance, logistics, and delivery. All components are manufactured in India or Vietnam and delivered directly to the United States, with optional value-added services such as kitting, final machining, or warehousing managed through our U.S.-based operations. Roles & Responsibilities -

• Strategic Procurement & Vendor Management
• Source high-quality structural steel at competitive prices by maintaining and expanding a robust pipeline of Tier-1 steel mills.
• Fabrication & Galvanizing: Identify and onboard fabrication partners capable of precision cutting, punching, and welding.
• Conduct frequent site visits to vendor facilities to audit processes, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Transactional Excellence: Manage the full P2P (Procure-to-Pay) cycle, including releasing Purchase Orders (POs) and processing invoices with high accuracy.
• Logistics & Timeline Management
• Wire & Cable Segment: Support the development of the new MV and PV Cable business unit by identifying specialized suppliers and understanding technical requirements for power cables.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of structural steel grades, fabrication processes, and galvanizing standards. Familiarity with MV/PV cable specifications is a significant plus.
• B.Tech/B.E with minimum of 5+ years of experience in Steel Procurement & Sourcing.
• Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts with Tier-1 mills and service providers.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel extensively to vendor locations to ensure hands-on schedule control.
