Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts for manufacturing operations.
  • Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and provide insights to management.
  • Analyze product costing, BOM costing, and standard costing.
  • Track manufacturing variances such as yield loss, scrap, and rework costs.
  • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to drive financial accountability.
  • Provide financial insights to support capacity planning, inventory management, and working capital optimization.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reports.
  • Support statutory audit, internal audit, and financial reporting requirements.
Job Requirement
  • CA/CMA with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing/factory finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Finance and Cost Accounting.
  • Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of inventory management and supply chain finance.
