Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering and manufacturing support for production lines.
• Manage variant management for multiple product configurations.
• Strong expertise in SMT, process engineering, and variant management
• Experience in tools, fixtures, and jig development
• Hands-on involvement in NPI and production process optimization
• Drive NPI activities and product transfer to production.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• 8-15 years of experience in electronics manufacturing / EMS industry.
• Experience in tools, fixtures, and jig development•
• Hands-on involvement in NPI and production process optimization
• Strong expertise in SMT, process engineering, variant management, and tooling/jig development.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
