Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving business growth by managing key accounts, acquiring new clients, and achieving sales targets by managing team as well contribute individually.
- Monitoring sales performance across assigned cluster and implement strategies to achieve assigned GMV and revenue targets.
- Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Overseeing efficient order processing and ensure timely resolution of pre-order inquiries.
- Ensuring efficient collection of all receivables from customer accounts within the cluster.
- Developing and implementing a cluster level sales strategy aligned with company-wide objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of sales/key account management/business development experience in Ferrous material (Steel/HR Coils/TMT Bars or related products).
- Possess experience of working in project sales , knowledge of steel products (e.g., HRC, CRC, rebars, pipes, galvanized steel) and their applications.
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and query resolutions.
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion.
- Experience in financial aspects related to P&L.
- Networking & Relationship Management - Should have a strong local network.
- Understand industry standards, certifications, and compliance requirements.
