Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct time & motion studies and establish standard cycle times.
- Perform line balancing to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency (OEE, UPH, Yield).
- Analyze manpower utilization and recommend optimization strategies.
- Prepare and maintain capacity planning and production planning data.
- Drive continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, 5S).
- Identify cost reduction opportunities in processes and operations.
- Develop and update SOPs, process flows, and work instructions.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) with process setup and optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Diploma & B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electronics or related engineering field
3–8 Years of experience in Industrial Engineering (Preferably in EMS / Manufacturing Industry)
Good understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts
Knowledge of SMT, FATP, or assembly manufacturing processes
Experience in manpower calculation and productivity analysis
