Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct time & motion studies and establish standard cycle times.
• Perform line balancing to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency (OEE, UPH, Yield).
• Analyze manpower utilization and recommend optimization strategies.
• Prepare and maintain capacity planning and production planning data.
• Drive continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, 5S).
• Identify cost reduction opportunities in processes and operations.
• Develop and update SOPs, process flows, and work instructions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) with process setup and optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Diploma & B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electronics or related engineering field

3–8 Years of experience in Industrial Engineering (Preferably in EMS / Manufacturing Industry)

Good understanding of Industrial Engineering concepts

Knowledge of SMT, FATP, or assembly manufacturing processes

Experience in manpower calculation and productivity analysis
