Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Manual Insertion production lines and ensure smooth daily production activities.
• Handle manpower planning, shift management, operator allocation, and line discipline.
• Monitor Wave Soldering process parameters and ensure process stability & product quality.
• Achieve daily production targets, productivity, and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate with SMT, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for uninterrupted production flow.
• Drive line balancing and optimize manpower utilization.
• Ensure implementation of SOPs, IPC standards, ESD controls, and 5S practices.
• Monitor defects, rejection, solder quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Train operators and line leaders on workmanship standards and process requirements.
• Prepare production MIS reports, hourly monitoring sheets, and productivity analysis.
• Support continuous improvement activities for cycle time reduction and process optimization.
• Ensure safety compliance and discipline on the production floor.

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 5–8 Years of experience in EMS / Electronics Manufacturing Industry with hands-on exposure in Manual Insertion production lines.
• Strong knowledge of Manual Insertion assembly process and Wave Soldering.
• Knowledge of soldering defects, IPC standards, and process quality control.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
