Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive OEM sales for steel and building materials product lines.
  • Identify, develop, and onboard new OEM customers in manufacturing and construction sectors.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in OEM accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (manufacturing, supply chain, quality) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership.
Job Requirement
  • 10+ years of experience in OEM sales (steel/building materials preferred).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
  • Experience handling B2B industrial clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Existing network within OEMs in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Technical understanding of steel and structural building products.
