Zetwerk has entered the transformer business building on a strong demand from existing customers of Zetwerk’s energy business in the US and India. We have a strong presence in the US with our 200-member strong team and over $300M in revenues. We’ve built a $70M orderbook for transformers in the last 4 months (unprecedented in the industry for a new player) and building a strong sales momentum in the US. Zetwerk has acquired one of the best transformer and transformer components companies in India- KRYFS to build captive capacity of high-quality transformer exports. There is a strong network of global suppliers, many of whom are coming onboard as strategic partners - This brings flexibility in lead times and duties for our customers in the US.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct stage-wise inspections of EHV power transformers at manufacturer facilities as per approved QAP/ITP.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams for effective planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
• Perform inspections at sub-vendor facilities for critical components and accessories.
• Identify quality issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive corrective & preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection checklists; ensure effective implementation of QAP, ITP, and inspection protocols.
• Monitor manufacturing progress to support timely delivery schedules.
• Prepare clear, professional, and timely inspection reports for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous quality and process improvements in collaboration with suppliers.
• Maintain strong coordination and communication with supplier production and quality teams.

• 15+ years of experience in Transformers Quality role with a knowledge of EHV transformer manufacturing and testing.
• Expertise in QAP, ITP, inspection procedures, and quality systems.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving and RCA capability.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and cross-functional coordination.
