About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of key projects across functions at Zetwerk. This role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within defined timelines and scope while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and delivery within scope.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to ensure transparency and alignment.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.

• Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate and manage project resources effectively.

• Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

• Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve overall project quality.

Job Requirement

• Strong Presentation and Communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools

• Ability to deep dive into on ground processes & streamline them to unlock efficiency & identify areas of improvement

• Experience of software development lifecycle and observability concepts

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Mechanical/ Civil/ Industrial engineering, or related field

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus
