Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of SMT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Fuji Pick & Place machines (mandatory).
• Handle setup, programming, and maintenance of GKG Solder Paste Printers.
• Perform programming and troubleshooting of TRI SPI systems.
• Maintain JT Reflow and JT Wave Soldering machines.
• Program and troubleshoot AOI machines (TRI, Mirtec, Holly).
• Maintain Conformal Coating machines (any make).
• Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure machine calibration, documentation, and adherence to TPM, 5S, and safety standards.

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• 3–8 years in EMS/PCB/PCBA manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in SMT equipment maintenance.
• Fuji Pick & Place, GKG Solder Paste Printer, TRI SPI, JT Reflow Oven
