Role: Senior Finance Controller

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Controller to lead our finance team and drive financial excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, budgeting, compliance, and strategic decision-making. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring financial integrity and supporting business growth.

Financial Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

Financial Operations & Reporting:

• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and cash flow management.

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and best practices.

Cost Management & Efficiency:

• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, auditing standards, and corporate policies.

• Manage internal and external audits, addressing issues and implementing recommendations.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Build capabilities within the team to support the company’s financial goals.

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting and Chartered Accountant

Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience, experience; Startup is preferred.

Technical Skills: Must be highly skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL

Soft Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with outstanding multitasking and organizational skills
