JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: CEO’s Office

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time


We are looking for a dynamic professional to join the CEO’s Office, responsible for driving customer engagement and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in managing credit card (CC) portfolios, with a focus on increasing spends, reducing customer churn, and implementing effective loyalty programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement & Retention Strategy

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies to enhance engagement and increase long-term retention.

  • Identify key drivers of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat usage to enhance credit card portfolio performance.

Portfolio Growth & Spend Optimization

  • Identify high-potential customer segments and create strategies to increase credit card spends.

  • Work with marketing and product teams to develop spend-based offers, rewards, and cashback initiatives.

  • Monitor spend trends and transaction behaviors to identify new business opportunities.

Churn & Attrition Management

  • Design and implement proactive customer retention programs to mitigate churn.

  • Develop early warning models to identify customers at risk of attrition and create targeted interventions.

  • Work closely with analytics teams to track churn drivers and optimize win-back strategies.

Loyalty & Rewards Program Management

  • Enhance loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement and repeat usage.

  • Optimize reward structures, redemption mechanisms, and partnerships to increase perceived value for customers.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, marketing, risk, and customer service teams to improve customer experience and engagement.

  • Work closely with technology teams to implement automation and AI-based interventions.

  • Coordinate with external partners (banks, fintechs, merchants) to drive joint engagement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • MBA or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience managing a credit card portfolio (customer engagement, spend optimization, retention, loyalty programs).

  • Prior experience in banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or payment networks handling credit card customer lifecycle management.

Technical Skills

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, customer segmentation models, and campaign management tools.

  • Strong command over Excel, Google Analytics, and digital engagement platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights from complex data sets.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic and execution-focused mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies.

  • Customer-first approach with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and engagement drivers.
