Role: SDE -1 (Backend)

As an SDE 1 – Backend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that power our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance applications. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited about tackling backend engineering challenges.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and microservices.

• Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Optimize performance and scalability of applications.

• Ensure high security, reliability, and robustness in backend services.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (Python, Java, Node.js, Go, etc.).

• Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
