JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: CRM

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time


Zovle is seeking a passionate and experienced CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our customer communications. You will have the opportunity to shape our CRM strategy and build meaningful connections with our user base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance custome engagement.

  • Create and manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver targeted content and communications.

  • Proactively communicate with customers to gather feedback, address inquiries, and improvise the strategy.

  • Monitor and analyse customer behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community efforts with overall brand and product strategies.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to CRM-related activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the fintech or immigration industry.

  • Strong understanding of CRM software and tools like Hubspot, Clevertap, Moengage Gupshup etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret customer data.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
