JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Business Development Associates– Study Abroad Partnership


Location: Pan India( Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kerala, Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat, Punjab, Nepal).


Employment Type: Full-Time


Join our BDA Team .We are expanding our partnerships team and looking for passionate professionals who can drive growth by building and managing relationships in the study-abroad ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with study abroad affiliates, counsellors, loan providers, and visa counsellors.

  • Drive acquisition of student leads through affiliate and counsellor networks.

  • Pitch and sell Zolve’s financial solutions (Education Loans, Credit Cards, Forex Cards, International SIMs, Accommodation Assistance, Insurance, etc.) to students and professionals planning to move abroad.

  • Act as a trusted partner to affiliates, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality lead flow.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and partnership targets, aligned with reward structures.

  • Conduct regular partner visits, presentations, and training sessions.

  • Represent Zolve at industry events, student fairs, and partner activations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the study abroad / education / financial services industry.

  • Prior experience in managing affiliates, counsellors, loan partners, or visa consultants are essential.

  • A strong track record in selling to international students or immigrants will be a significant plus.

  • Experience in selling products such as education loans, credit cards, forex cards, SIM cards, Visa assistance, or international accommodation services is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of a regional language will be an added advantage.

  • Comfortable with travel-intensive roles and dynamic fieldwork.

  • Goal-oriented, target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
