JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist


Location: Bengaluru


Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring and support the growth of our teams. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on hiring expectations.

  • Build and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct detailed screening conversations to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.

  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.

  • Build pipelines for recurring or niche roles and maintain candidate engagement.

  • Maintain timely communication with hiring panels and follow up on feedback.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (tech/non-tech based on requirement).

  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and advanced search techniques.

  • Experience hiring for domains such as Sales, Business Development, Operations, Tech, Finance, or similar areas.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools, recruitment dashboards, and hiring trackers.

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, compensation basics, and hiring metrics.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple roles independently.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
