Sales Leadership at Tessian

Tessian is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven sales leader, dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world.

We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders and hustlers to help us build something special. You’ll be an inspiring sales leader, joining our growing sales team and building the early infrastructure that will enable success for years to come.

The role will report into the Head of EMEA. You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritising what must get done to keep Tessian growing at a phenomenal pace.

In this role, you’ll get to:

        Manage and lead a team of 8 new business Account Executives.
        Coach and develop your team into A-Players as well as hiring additional talent.
        Support direct reports by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings.
        Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management.
        Build, manage, and draw data-driven insight from your team’s new business pipeline.
        Work cross-functionally with our partners in marketing, product, finance and recruiting to lead and/or support different strategic initiatives.
        Conduct forecast meetings and report on sales activity and forecast to senior management.
        Support sales reps in closing highly complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects.
        Coordinate and lead weekly and monthly one-on-one and team-wide pipeline reviews, meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement.
        Work closely with the extended team of pre-sales, services, training, legal, renewals business partners.

We’d love to meet someone who:

        Is an exceptionally inspiring leader that people love to follow with the ability to double down on ‘sales culture’.
        3-5+ years of B2B Sales Management experience, ideally with a deep knowledge of the Cyber Security industry.
        Has a strong track record of success in their own-right as a sales rep, prior to transitioning into a leadership capacity.
        Thinks differently and knows when to follow a playbook that’s served them well and when to innovate and create something completely new.
        Loves to spend time analysing the data and looking for trends.
        Has exceptional communication skills
        Is a vocal evangelist and thought leader in the markets where we serve our customers and recruit our talented people.
