Having found exceptional product/market fit for our category-defining Human Layer Security platform, we’re in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to ‘scale-up’ and looking for a Global Head of Sales Operations & Strategy to take our go-to-market execution to the next level.

Funded by VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners, we’re building out our commercial presence in new markets and geographies and are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders, and straight-up hustlers to help us build something special. You’ll be an accomplished Sales Operations Leader, and you will oversee GTM strategy, and directly partner with the VP of Global Sales & broader executive team to build durable commercial teams, processes and systems to help us accelerate as effectively as possible. You’ll be working alongside our co-founder & CEO, VP of Global Sales, CMO and local sales teams.

You’ll have a career-defining role in creating a world-class company. We don’t pretend that it’ll be easy - joining us and embarking on the scale-up phase is an amazing challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles.

You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable, and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must get done to keep Tessian growing year over year at the pace of the fastest growing SaaS companies in history.

Sales Operations

Tessian is looking for a Sales Operations Leader to build out our GTM strategy, processes and tools as we continue to scale. We believe effective and strategic Sales Ops lies at the center of every hyper growth business. We want to find someone who shares this vision and has the acumen and passion to play a pivotal role at a really exciting time in our growth.

In this role, you’ll get to:

        Develop a sales ops team identity that partners closely with business leaders whilst knowing how and when to hold them accountable
        Hire and develop an operations team of inquisitive, data-driven individuals who strive for excellence in everything they do
        Build a repeatable operational playbook that will arm our sales teams with the tools, data and incentive structures they need to keep accelerating revenue growth
        Work on territory design and modeling, sales systems and tools, segmentation analysis, compensation plan design, revenue forecasting and much more
        Operate cross-functionally to establish operational priorities which will have the biggest impact on the business’ growth
        Shape how we think about sales talent and how and where we build out teams

We'd love to meet someone who:

        Is a proven partner to GTM leaders who knows when to support and when to challenge
        Is opinionated about tools and has a track record of making process improvements with tangible results
        Cares deeply about data and detail as well as strategy and vision
        Has 8+ years of business/sales operations and/or strategy as an operator or consultant
        Thinks differently and knows when to follow a playbook that’s served them well and when to innovate and create something completely new
        Loves to spend time analyzing the data, looking for trends and ‘aha!’ moments
        Has TedTalk-like communication skills - we’re an increasingly globally dispersed team and need to stay connected
