Job Description

VoiceOps is looking for a proactive Director of Product Management to contribute directly to the growth of this early-stage, high potential tech startup. As the Director of Product Management, you will work directly with the Executive team to create and implement the product strategy and processes required for the development of the VoiceOps Coaching Enablement Platform.   • Drive the product definition, strategy, and long term product vision at VoiceOps.
  • Deliver marketing requirements, user stories and product requirement documents with prioritized features.
  • Coordinate sprint planning.
  • Translate business requirements into product and technical requirements and drive the product and business-planning process cross-functionally. 
  • Be an expert with respect to the competitive landscape.



  • Minimum of 10  years in a product management role.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience and detail orientation.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Proven product delivery, having driven multiple releases of the same product over a couple of years. 
  • Demonstrated ability to make business trade off decisions while maintaining customer focus. 
  • Experience with agile software development methodology.
  • Tools:  Figma, Jira/Confluence, Product Board, Aha (story mapping tools)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in support of strategic storytelling. 
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
