We are looking for a Product Marketer to:

  • Build Searchlight’s messaging, and distinct positioning that establishes us as a thought leader in HR Tech

  • Own all product launches, including strategy, testing with customers, and execution

  • Create content and materials to enable our sales, marketing, and product teams across all channels

You probably have:

  • 3-5 years of functional experience in product marketing

  • Prior experience at a Series A to C startup

  • Technical aptitude

Success Profile:

  • Self-starter and fast learner, especially in ambiguity

  • Influential cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product

  • Sharp at problem solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking - balanced in intuition and data-driven decision making

  • Exceptional communicator, uses the language of our users to make the complex simple

  • Strong project management ability

Hiring Process:

  • Initial Screen (30 min) (Recruiter)

  • Interview (30 min) (Founder)

  • Case Study Presentation (60 min case study w/ team member + 30 min with Marketing Advisor)

    • Invite your references via Searchlight’s platform

  • Team Interview (2.5 hrs) (Full Team)
