Job Description

Responsibilities:
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible to work with the senior management team on defining and executing the sales strategies. You will be responsible to hire and train the top notch sales talent for the company. As you will be one of the early employees in the company, you will be responsible to set the sales processes and targets. You will help define the best sales practises and would be working with a small team to deliver on the sales goals for the company. You will work with the technology, marketing and operations teams to strategize and execute on the go-to-market plan for the company. You will be part of the leadership team and would help align the sales plans and objectives with the broader company goals and aspirations.

Requirements:
1) B.A and/or B.S or equivalent
2) 8+ years of B2B technology sales experience. SaaS sales experience is a must.
3) 2+ years management experience with demonstrated strong competency and proven track record in sales management and leadership. Experience in building sales organizations and hiring and training top talent
4) Metrics driven mindset with a strong analytical approach. Experience in setting sales processes
5) Ability to travel >30% of the time
6) Aggressive attitude in developing new accounts and building relationships
6) Good Communication skills with an ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude
7) Passion and motivation to deliver in a fast paced, startup environment, with the desire to learn and be part of a highly experienced team
