About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team in Austin, TX. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!

 

General Responsibilities:

The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include:

  • Managing team of 8-9 Sales Development Rep (corporate and enterprise)

  • Coaching reps on strategy and technique

  • Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit

  • Working with Regional Directors and Managers Corporate Sales on territory development

  • Work with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners

 

What You'll Need:

  • Experience as a team lead or manager of a frontline sales team

  • At least 1 year of closing experience for a technology company preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO

  • Track record of leading a successful team

  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment

  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape

  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate

  • Project manager experience is a plus
