As a Chief of Staff for Products and Engineering (P&E) at UiPath, you will work closely with the EVP of P&E, their leadership team, and across the company with other functional leaders and peers. Your primary responsibility will be to "run the business" of P&E - insure business rhythms are in place, processes run smoothly, focus on special projects and support the EVP in interactions with the team, customers and partners.
We prefer a Seattle/Bellevue area resdient but open to other locations provided you are able to work in the Pacific time zone.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Orchestration of the P&E leadership team- coordinating staff, following up with staff on deliverables, partnering with staff on ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational aspects of the organization
- Collaborate with our partners in Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HR on the development and execution of the P&E budget and hiring plan
- Establish and manage reporting process, including KPI definition and tracking
- Support the EVP's communication efforts within the P&E org to functional leaders and governance committees
- Coordinate project planning, facilities planning, and other ad-hoc projects
- Support in the coordination, orchestration, and preparation of the following:
- Customer Engagement
- Events
- Team All Hands
What you'll bring to the team
- 6+ years' program management experience
- Hands-on experience managing strategy development and overseeing its execution
- Budget and headcount tracking skills
- Experience overseeing and creating cross-functional communications
- Experience creating and maintaining various reports
- Maturity in judgment, negotiation, influence and leadership are all essential skills that are required to support an Engineering organization
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience supporting an engineering org
